Malic acid is a type of alpha-hydroxy acid. It contributes to the acidity of green apples and is found in other fruits such as grapes and rhubarb.

An essential ingredient in preparing for a liver and gallbladder cleanse is apple juice. Six days before the treatment, you should drink a liter of apple juice every day, distributed throughout the day. This is due to its powerful cleansing effect. Its acidity softens gallstones and facilitates their elimination through the bile ducts.

If you don't tolerate apple juice well due to diabetes, hypoglycemia, yeast infections, cancer, or gastric ulcers, we recommend malic acid as an ideal apple juice alternative.

Dosage: 1 capsule daily, away from meals. Before liver cleansing, 1 to 3 capsules three times daily, away from meals (avoid taking before bed).
