1. In your Gmail settings, choose “Filters and Blocked Addresses.”

2. Here click on the “Create a new filter” link.

   

3. In the "From:" field, type customer.service @ nano soma-italia.com

4. Then click on “Create filter”.

   

5. Check “Never send to Spam”.

6. Check “Apply “Main” category”.

7. Click “Create Filter”.

From now on, your messages sent from customerservice@ nano soma-italia.com will no longer end up in your SPAM or Promotions folder.
