Access to and use of this site, as well as the products and services available, are subject to the following conditions:
Access to this site is temporary, and we reserve the right to withdraw or modify the services offered without notice. We assume no liability if, for any reason, the site is unavailable for any period of time. We also reserve the right to restrict access to certain areas of this site.
For orders to be processed, the information provided by the customer must be accurate. Only products and dietary supplements compliant with European Community regulations are sold on nano: none of the products on the site require a prescription.

The personal data requested during order placement is collected and processed to meet the Customer's express requests and will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances or for any reason. Your data may be used to:

Please remember that the entire transaction is carried out on the bank's servers, so we will not receive any information about your credit card other than the information that the transaction has taken place.

Bank transfer is a payment method that makes the order shipping process a little longer, as the order paid this way can only be processed once the funds have been deposited into the Spanish bank account.
Shipping:
Just as we select our products, we also select our couriers: all our shipments, carefully packaged and wrapped, are dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving your order throughout Italy. We use the best couriers, offering efficient and reliable service, allowing you to track your package until it reaches the customer. At the time of purchase, you authorize Nano Soma Italia to act as your agent for your home delivery. The products are sold ex-warehouse to your address.
Orders received before 1:00 PM are generally processed the same afternoon; those received after 1:00 PM are processed the following day. Deliveries are made via courier within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If a problem occurs during transportation and the package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us promptly and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note: Please do not contact us for information about fulfillment or shipping within 48 hours of placing your order. An order placed on Friday evening will be fulfilled on Monday evening. Fulfillment will only be recorded on the GLS website control panel late that evening.
For Italy: Shipping costs are a flat rate of €5.90. There are no additional charges for storage. Cash on delivery is available and the item is delivered via GLS. Shipping is via GLS courier and is therefore expected within 5 working days.
For all other countries: shipping costs are fixed at a flat rate with the possibility of free shipping (read the Shipping Costs section).
Once you have ordered your package from our warehouse, you cannot change the order, but you can change the address.
Product Information:
We reserve the right, however, to reject orders for products for which incorrect information, including prices and promotions, has been published.
An order may also be rejected for other reasons, such as:
– Out-of-stock products.
– Inability to obtain payment authorization.
– Fraudulent orders.
In case of problems with orders, the customer will be contacted promptly.
Nanosoma-italia.com reserves the right to change product prices at any time without notice.
Reviews:
Nano soma-italia.com has permission to send an email notification asking customers to leave a review in-store or to email it to us. Any reviews left by customers in our store may be used for advertising purposes for Nano soma-italia.com, Mitosalud.com, and Olosalud.com (sharing on Facebook, mailing list, etc.). If the customer has entered their last name, this can be removed upon request via email.
Billing:
All prices shown on the site include VAT.
The sale of the products is intended for the end customer only, therefore any subsequent commercialization is expressly prohibited.
Right of Withdrawal (Money Back Guarantee):
The Customer has the right to withdraw from all products purchased through the site, without penalty, within 30 working days from the date of purchase, even if the products have been consumed or used. The notification can be sent, within the same deadline, by email to nataliash8888i@gmail.com, indicating the Customer's order number. The costs of returning the goods and shipping them back to the sender are the responsibility of the buyer and this is the only cost the Customer will incur. If the purchase was made via PayPal, the customer is responsible for any PayPal fees automatically deducted upon receipt of the refund.
We recommend that the customer send the product(s) with a return receipt via the postal service. Helios, Aljaz Vavpetic, is required to refund the sums paid (minus shipping costs) by the consumer within 15 days of receiving the returned products. Nano , refunds are processed within 7 days. Therefore, we clarify that the customer wishing to return the purchased goods may do so by returning the package to our warehouse in Slovenia with the products within the aforementioned period of 30 working days from the date of purchase. Nano Soma Italia guarantees the highest quality of its products and services. If the customer abuses the right of withdrawal, requesting it excessively or under dubious circumstances, Nano Soma Italia reserves the right to refuse the refund.
Jurisdiction:
The Contract is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation, or breach of the Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Las Palmas (Spain).
Supplement Warnings:
Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. A healthy diet consisting of an adequate and varied combination of common foods is generally able to meet the nutritional needs of all population groups. The use of supplements and other health products can help supplement nutritional intakes that are lacking in some way or even promote physiological well-being.
