Are you opening it for the first time?

The stick may feel a little stuck the first time you use it; this is completely normal. Press gently but firmly on the sides of the tube a couple of times, and the product will begin to flow smoothly.

If it sticks, put it in the freezer for a few minutes to harden, then apply firm pressure along the edges and push it up.

Application Tips

Apply a light layer to clean, dry skin. You don't need to use a lot: a small amount is sufficient.

How much to apply

Typically, just one application a day is more than adequate. You can reapply if necessary. It's suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive.

How to store it

Keep it in a cool, dry place. On particularly hot days, avoid leaving it in the sun; if you want to keep it more compact, you can store it in the refrigerator.

If it gets too soft, just a few minutes in the fridge will bring it back to the ideal consistency.
