The grass-fed tallow base offers a rich, creamy cleanse, helping to respect the skin barrier rather than stripping or drying it. It's gentle enough for daily use on the face and body and is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Why is it different from ordinary soaps?

Many industrial soaps cleanse too aggressively, leaving skin dry, tight, or depleted. Tallow Soap, on the other hand, is based on a traditional formula, simple and rich in natural fats, designed to cleanse without stripping the skin of what it needs.

Grass-fed tallow has a lipid composition that's naturally similar to skin. This makes it an excellent base for a nourishing, creamy, and well-tolerated soap.

The result is a thick, essential and very pleasant bar of soap to use: it cleans well, but does not leave that “stripped” feeling of skin typical of many modern cleansers.

Handmade
Each bar of soap is handcrafted in a small workshop in Portugal, following the traditional cold-press method.

Grass-fed beef suet tallow
Extra virgin olive oil
Organic coconut oil
Sodium hydroxide*

*Used in the saponification process. Does not remain in the final product.

How it is produced

Each bar of soap is made by us using the traditional cold saponification method.

First, we prepare the tallow in-house from grass-fed beef suet. Then we combine it with extra virgin olive oil and organic coconut oil, creating a simple yet highly effective blend of natural fats.

Sodium hydroxide is added to initiate saponification: the natural process by which oils and fats transform into real soap. After production, each bar of soap is left to mature for at least four weeks, making it harder, softer, and more durable.

The result is a compact, creamy soap with no unnecessary ingredients: a traditional, clean cleanse that's truly respectful of your skin.
